Returns & Warranty Policy

G'day adventure lovers!

We're passionate about creating quality gear for you and your four-legged mate from recycled materials. Here's how we've got you covered when things don't go to plan.

Change of Mind Returns & Exchanges

Ordered the wrong size or changed your mind? No worries! You can return or exchange any unused product within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition with tags attached - think of it as "shop fresh" condition.

For change of mind returns, we offer store credit that's valid for 12 months. This helps us keep our environmental footprint smaller while ensuring you find the perfect gear for your adventures.

You'll need to cover the return shipping costs to send the item back to us. Once we receive and check the condition, we'll process your store credit or send out the new size.

Repairs

Gear that gets used outdoors sometimes needs a bit of TLC - we get it! We offer repairs on hood towels only through our local seamstress because we believe in keeping products out of landfill.

Send us photos of any damage to hello@wetdogandco.com.au and we'll assess if it's repairable. Please note that we can't repair leads, collars, or other hardware components due to safety reasons.

12-Month Warranty

Our gear is built to handle Australian outdoor conditions, and we stand behind it with a 12-month warranty from purchase date.

Our warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Hardware failures under normal use
  • Stitching coming apart
  • Material degradation beyond expected wear

Our warranty doesn't cover:

  • Damage from chewing (we know how enthusiastic some pups can be!)
  • Excessive wear from extreme use
  • Damage from accidents or misuse
  • Normal fading or wear from regular adventures

Warranty Remedies: If something's not performing as it should due to a warranty issue, you can choose from:

  • Full refund in your original payment method
  • Replacement product
  • Repair (hood towels only)

Shipping

Return shipping costs are at your expense for change of mind exchanges and returns. For warranty claims where we find a fault, we'll cover return shipping costs.

We aim to process all returns and exchanges within 2 weeks of receiving items.
