We would like you to know that we are a new business, and we would really appreciate your feedback as we want to grow and improve over time to make our products and services the best they can be.
You are welcome to return/exchange anything that was purchased from Wet Dog and Co within 30 days from receiving the product.
Please ensure garments are in the same condition as when they were received. Swing tags must be attached.

We're sorry, but we don't offer refunds. However, you get store credit, that's good for your next purchase with us.
If you can't find a suitable product, please send us an e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will work it out around you <3
Did something go wrong?
We can repair the poncho for you, even if you wore it or owned it for more than 30 days! We don't want products to end up in landfills.
Please send us a picture of the damage so we can talk to our seamstress and check if it's possible! You have one year from the purchase to send it back to us, so we can try to repair the poncho. Please be mindful, we can't create for you a totally new product ;p
Please email us if you would like to repair your product in another case exchange is also an option (according to exchange policy).
To exchange, please send us back your current product ( within 30 days), and we will create a store credit once checking the condition.
As we are a small business, because of Covid and other unexpected environmental disasters we need up to 2 weeks to exchange the product. If the product is out of stock, we will refund the cost of the product.
Please note that all postage related expenses from exchanges to returns shipping costs will be on the buyer's site. We are always happy to assess case by case. Please email email@example.com
